This recipe continues to impress me and my hubby. He loves, loves, loves it. Tonight I am making it using leftover ham, mushrooms and green pepper with my homemade pasta sauce and homemade crushed tomatoes from summer 2022. Every time I make it do something a little bit different. It is a no fail recipe and the secret to this amazing recipe is the soya sauce, I swear! You cannot go wrong with Amy + Jacky receipes.

I have made this recipe twice and both times my Instant Pot did not come to pressure (the pin did not pop up fully), and yet my IP acted as if it was at pressure and began countdown of the 3 minutes. Amazingly enough, when I did the 5 minute natural release, all was perfectly cooked,

I don’t know why the pin would not come up. I always wash my lid after using the IP, and I always check to make sure the pin is free floating before cooking, and that the valve is fully closed. I don’t know if tomato spatters are causing the pin to be sticky?

Happy Fri-Yay! Made dump n go version of Spaghetti n frozen meatballs: Substituted 1 lb frozen ground beef on top of sautéed onions, garlic. Decreased broth to 3 cups total. Added diced tomatoes on top of spaghetti. Dinner on the table in a flash after a long week 😋😋

You will want to increase the cooking time by a minute as the get-up to pressure time will be shorter.
