New to the instant pot game and not sure why I waited this long. I’ve seen other recipes that require special equipment and lengthy steps so this simplified version really intrigued me. The combination of everything was delicious, just like what you would have at a restaurant if not better. My little boys who are becoming quite picky were excited to try it – 4 thumbs up from the whole family!

Mango coconut sticky rice! 🥭It’s so easy to make!!! I’m kinda glad my kids aren’t fans of coconut – the hubs and I devoured the entire thing ourselves 🤤

Husband made this today and it was SO good. Definitely a keeper and much easier than the usual method of making mango sticky rice.
