Hi Kerri,

thank you for your question 🙂

You can store the cheesecake in the refrigerator for 3 – 4 days.

Take care & have fun cooking
Jacky

My apologies if I missed it. How long will the cheesecake be safe to eat after refrigeration? Thank you!5 stars

Posting my 5 star review and to say thank you. I followed the perfect and smooth instructions and am quite pleased with how it turned out. Some comments that may be helpful to others: I needed to add another TBSP of butter to the crust, the amount of time for my pressure cooker to come to pressure was almost 10 mins after water started boiling, and to release pressure, it took almost 30 mins. In spite of those differences from what is noted in the recipe, it looks like it stilled turned out beautifully, with the right texture (at least headed into the refrigerator) and I trust will only get better the longer it sits. I used a springform 7.5″ diameter greased pan, so no parchment needed. I had a few bubbles at the top that erupted so will try the suggestion to vibrate mixing bowl before pouring in the next time. LOVE LOVE LOVE!5 stars

I have a GoWise 9.5 quart, but shortly after I got it, I started following your instant pot recipes and the instructions are always just right. Mine came out a tad fluffier at first (I used method 1) and I think I might have mixed the batter a tad too long, but the flavor is perfect! Now that I’ve made a few of your recipes, which all came out wonderful, I’m on a mission to try every single one of them. You defitely know your stuff! Thank you!5 stars

I used @pressurecookrecipes #17cheesecake which is made in the instant pot

I used crushed biscoff cookies instead of graham crackers for the crust. I let the cheesecake sit in the fridge overnight. Then I melted about 6 oz of biscoff cookie butter in the microwave and poured it on top, letting it drip off the sides. Put it back in the fridge to let it set, and then piped fresh whipped cream on top and added some biscoff cookies. Yummmmm! 😋5 stars

I tried Jack and Amy’s Instant Pot Lemon Curd for the top and it doesn’t disappoint!! Cheesecake is also #17 recipe (I used lemon extract instead, adding 2 T. fresh squeezed lemon juice and lemon zest from 1 lemon).5 stars

I’ve never made, or even had any interest in making a cheesecake prior to seeing this recipe. I’m not good at cooking, but A+J recipes make it seem like I am! My family has been surprised as of late, for sure 😂

This is super easy to make, turned out so well that it will now be our family dessert to take along to potlucks (so much better than anything store bought, too!)

Thanks, Amy+Jacky, for all your hard work of testing out and sharing recipes. It makes my heart happy to prepare food for my family that they enjoy (they requested several of your recipes to be put into regular meal rotation) ❤️5 stars

Made this in a 6 inch springform pan and added extra time. So delicious! Will be making this again and again in the instant pot! This is the best cheesecake!
