Would I need to make any adjustments?

The second time,I cut the meat into smaller pieces after saute and it tasted
even more juicy and tender.More fat in the meat is ideal. It was excellent to warm the left over in the instant pot. Much more efficient than microwave. I recommend an extra lid and stainless steel inner pot while the first set is being washed. It’s worth the investment.
Thank you ! I love this recipe with rice.By the way i wish there are more 3 quarts stackable steamers or stainless steel bowls on the market.(.most are too wide and the wrong shape, hard to get out.for pot in pot. I have been using corning french white 24 oz bowl. It’s Ok.5 stars

The meat is so tender and juicy, and the ginger garlic sauce is just amazing (thought ginger would overpower the taste but turned out I was wrong, can’t even taste the ginger at all!)

Definitely gonna make this again, it’s now one of my favorite instant pot one-pot-meals πŸ˜€5 stars
