Wow. Simple and fantastic. I’m one of those people always tweaking something with a recipe. Not this one, and really, not with any of the Amy & Jacky recipes. They’re always spot on. Easy enough for a lovely week nite dinner; special enough for company. Thanks!

I have an 8 quart Fagor electric pressure cooker. Recipe timing is always perfect.

The flavor profile will change a bit, but substituting with more chicken stock will work fine.

I can’t use white wine due to allergy. Can I substitute more chicken stock? I am using Cooking Essential pressure cooker that was a gift. I was actually almost never using it till I found you! I love your recipes!

I assume the chicken thighs are not butterflied as they are bone-in. It will take 6 minutes and 10 minutes natural release.

I have an eight qt pot but the recipe doesn’t tell me the amount of water to add. Im sure water will be needed to pressure cook the recipe .please . Please let me know as I would like to do this recipe. Thank you.
