This was really good! I didn’t have fish sauce so just added more soy sauce, and uses toasted hoagies! Was awesome, kids loved it! Will definitely make it again 😄

This was indeed an umami bomb! I made a nice batard and this came out great. I may need to add some extra water or beef stock to thin out the au jus a little, but otherwise perfect.

Ninja Foodie in PC mode. From Canada, so meat cut names are a bit different, used a bottom blade roast. (800 gm, about 2 Lb). Wife’s not a fan of onions, so used onion flakes. Turned out great. Family enjoyed, with only positive comments. Nice Recipe, didn’t realize it was a Amy & Jacky, but have used theirs on a few recipes, always with good results. So, nicely done, thanks.

Very delicious, loved by everyone. I had no fish sauce so used the extra soy and made it as written with the meat searing and sautéing of the onions and it was so so good. My chuck was partially frozen so I added 10 minutes to the pressure time. I’m making it again tonight (2 days later) to freeze in portions for back to school quick meals—doing the sear the meat but “dump all the rest in” method this time, I’m sure it will be just as good . Thanks for a great recipe!

This was really good and worth the time. Only difference was, I used provolone cheese and individual french bread buns. Definitely adding to our meal rotation! And I need to get a fat separator!

Wow! This was amazing! Made a small amount for the two of us. Maybe a 4×4 square of chick roast. I adjusted the recipe appropriately. I will definitely be making this again. I could hear the eyes rolling into the back of our heads as we ate it, it was that good!

I have a Crockpot brand multicooker. We LOVE this recipe and it is a regular addition to our dinner rotation. I have followed directions a to the Jaus and have also added condensed French Onion soup for added specialness. Both ways are great. We don’t like cheese on sandwiches, so we spread some garlic olive oil on the rolls and toast under the broiler. This just makes the whole package.
