My very first Instant Pot meal was a success! My 17 year old son and I did Amy+Jacky’s Loaded Mac and Cheese this evening. Followed the recipe perfectly, and it came out perfectly … So yummy, cheesy and filling!

I made this last night. I was lazy and had the bacon pieces in a bag but followed everything thing else using the Sriracha. It was amazing.

I went ahead and tried this recipe for a change of pace. Do t usually use eggs or sirracha sauce but went ahead and used it.

One thing I do is ro season the water with 3 large cloves of grated garlic, Slap Your Mama, kosher salt, butter and 1/2 of liquid I use chicken broth. This really puts flavor intl pasta.

Last night for dinner (after seeing Amy & Jacky’s post about cooking the Easter feast in your IP and scrolling through the recipes) I made Amy + Jacky’s loaded Mac & cheese…..so so so so good!

I used Gouda cheese in place of the American and the butter wasn’t melting (even though it was room temperature) on the “Keep warm” setting, so I used the sauté button to finish the Mac & cheese. Can’t wait to make this again with bbq pulled pork or pulled chicken on top.

I highly recommend this recipe, and after reading so many different Mac & cheese recipes I was skeptical. I have a super easy Mac & Cheese recipe that I make that is my mom in love’s recipe, and will always make that because the family won’t allow me not too, but this is a completely different type of Mac & cheese, and will make this one often as well! YUMMMMMM.

Made this on a whim and I’m glad I did. So yummy! I used the Velveeta and Sciracha. I will probably make twice the amount of bread crumbs and bacon bits next time.

This worked great! First time making Instant Pot Mac and Cheese. Used it for a work potluck. Made most stuff ahead of time, then cooked the macaroni and added ingredients quickly at work.
